The City Hall for the City of Bastrop is a vibrant facility that allows the efficient management of municipal business in a pleasant and productive work-environment while maintaining an essential connection to the citizens of the community.  

This project was constructed on an undeveloped site in 2011, with offices for administration and planning, council chambers, community meeting space, ample parking and a drive-thru payment window, all within the allotted budget.

This point of view is from the Bastrop Convention Center, complimentary project to rejuvenate the City of Bastrop. 

This renovation primarily revolved around updating the building envelope to reflect the downtown character of Bastrop.  

This building was a warehouse that was an eyesore to the beautiful downtown of Bastrop. We renovated the building envelope with a simple design and distressed faux brick to give the feeling of longevity and character. 

This fire station received an addition of three new fire engine bays, a weight room, sleeping quarters, a classroom, and kitchen/living area. This upgrade was completed under budget and supplied the fire department with much needed amenities.

This gymnasium addition to the Middle School blends together issues of function, budget and context.  As a new element in an existing campus, the gymnasium is meant to have its own aesthetic which complements that of the existing buildings.  Many of the public projects Fatter & Evans Architects, Inc. has undertaken involve budgetary and timeline concerns which become an integral part of our effort to create quality buildings that meet the short and long term needs of the client.
