Here' s a new feature for our blog we'll be chronicling in the next few months. Manchaca Mondays! We are developing an office space complex in the new super South Austin on Manchaca Road and as things heat up, we'll be posting here on the developments. The narrow lot is sandwiched between a church and a residential neighborhood so to take advantage of the quiet surroundings we are designing three separate office buildings moving down the right side of the property line evoking a park-like setting through the landscape.

Below is the property before any work occurred. We have since removed the house and began site work.
